some food
some entertainment
a little rest
some darning
some poetry
and maybe darning again
then a drive
to a goodbye
and who knows after that

it feels like an end of an era
but there were so many eras inside of it
it’s hard to say what is finality
and what continues on
and what has already passed
into
the past
